The Black Dog Pet Food Pantry is very proud that Toby Franks has graciously accepted an invitation to present a TNR Seminar at the Dover Public Library in Tuscarawas County.  Mark your calendars for 11a – 1p on May 28.

Depending on his busy schedule, Steffen Baldwin may also be able to attend.  We know Steffen runs with the big dogs and Toby Franks is the cat king who can handle any catastrophy.

Also speaking will be Wendy Smith, founder of the Black Dog Pet Pantry, and Dan Spehar, independent community cat researcher and district leader volunteer for the Humane Society of the United States.
