A recently published paper in the journal Animals, co-authored by Together Initiative co-founder Dan Spehar and Peter Wolf of the Best Friends Animal Society, examines the impact of an integrated return-to-field (RTF) and targeted trap-neuter-return (TNR) program on intake and euthanasia rates at a Municipal Animal Shelter.
